Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

  • All products sold by www.kyptec-lifestyle.com are properly checked and tested by the quality control team and guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition. We does not offer a Return Policy once the product is delivered and opened by the customer. 
  • All products are protected under 24 hrs product repair/replacement (no refund in any condition) policy in case the product has a manufacturing defect only and if it is in unused conditions in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties, invoices), parts and accessories etc..
  • ‘New and unused’ means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
  • In case of product replacement within the warranty period is offered by us, if the product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances.

  • The customer is unhappy with the defect-free product's look and quality.
  • Physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

DAMAGED PRODUCT ARRIVED/WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED/ACCESSORIES MISSING:

  • In case you feel that the product received is not the same as shown on the website or as per the specifications or physically damaged, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Don't forget to create an unboxing video while opening the package. It will help us ensure the smooth processing of any complaints and establish a fair settlement.

WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES: 

  • In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures. Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device will also not be covered under warranty. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained once the order is placed by the customers and accepted by us.
  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and we have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)

OUT OF STOCK SITUATIONS:

  • Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund. We will process refund in estimated 5~7 working days’ time.

GST POLICY:

Kindly note that our company does not offer or extend the GST Policy to B2C customers. This policy is exclusively applicable to B2B customers (corporate/bulk orders only). In case you are purchasing as a B2C customer, please note that the GST invoices cannot be provided for your transactions / purchases. Kindly take this into consideration while making your purchase. Our company will not be held liable for any misunderstanding and misinterpretation or misrepresentation in this regard.
