Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • We do our best to deliver your products as soon as possible. We offer free shipping only on selected products orders placed on www.kyptec-lifestyle.com.
  • Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of placing the order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • We work towards ensuring that each item in your order is shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order. However, it may sometimes take up to 3 or more working days due to festivals, a sale, or when there are other mitigating circumstances. During such an event, do not be alarmed. Your order should reach you in 5 to 7 business days.
  • The time of delivery may vary from place to place once the products are dispatched from our warehouse, but generally it varies from 5 - 7 working days. The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of the product.
  • We reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), we have the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Don't forget to create an unboxing video while opening the package. It will help us ensure the smooth processing of any complaints and establish a fair settlement.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

  • A shipping confirmation along with your tracking ID will be sent to you once the product has been dispatched. Please use this ID to track the status of your order.

ORDER PAYMENT:

  • You can pay for your order via cash on delivery (COD) or through prepaid options. Please note that we does not provide COD services for all pin codes.
  • You can enter your pin code during checkout to confirm if COD is available for your address. Click on 'Check Cash On Delivery Availability' on the checkout page.
  • You might get exclusive offers while paying via prepaid payment modes, as well as priority shipping.

DELAYED DELIVERY:

  • For Deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website. We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order. At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

OUT OF STOCK SITUATIONS:

  • Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS:

  • Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
  • Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.    
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.      
  • Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
  • All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.       
  • In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

PRODUCT PRICING:

  • Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of
    all money received from the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

GST POLICY:

  • Kindly note that our company does not offer or extend the GST Policy to B2C customers. This policy is exclusively applicable to B2B customers (corporate/bulk orders only). In case you are purchasing as a B2C customer, please note that the GST invoices cannot be provided for your transactions / purchases. Kindly take this into consideration while making your purchase. Our company will not be held liable for any misunderstanding and misinterpretation or misrepresentation in this regard.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT:

  • All Shipments will be dispatched within 2~3 working days. All local/customs/import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • The Estimated delivery time for all international orders is 8~12 Days’ time from date of shipping.
